Luca was so nice to my grandma, she has dementia so everyday life is hard for her but he made it better by serving her food. She talks about him daily, all the time because hes left such an impact on her already decaying life. Amazing service, please leave your parents here!
My husband and I have lived at the Waterford Grand for six months. This is a modern version of a retirement residence, something I don’t believe existed a decade ago. It is very welcoming, offers many amenities, caring staff, and a dining lounge for meals. We have friends with many other residents and are proud to show off our new home to family and friends.
Our family’s experience with The Waterford Grand was nothing short of traumatizing. What was supposed to be an exciting next chapter for my parents turned into one of the most distressing and dehumanizing experiences we’ve ever been through. My parents were set to move into The Waterford Grand after being assured that the independent living floor would provide the flexibility and support they might need as time went on. My parents were treated horribly by the management at the Waterford Grand. I do not recommend anyone waste their hard earned retirement here.
