Great experience working with this team so far. When we came on, our books needed serious cleanup and they stepped in and got everything organized and corrected quickly. My company has been using Waterford for all our accounting / book keeping years now and they've been great. James and Veronica are super knowledgeable and have been instrumental in managing a number of challenges at the company. Not sure where we'd be without their support and expertise -- but it wouldn't be in a good place.

They did not do what was asked and improperly organized our books. It was a big job but wasn't done at the level needed. Then when we cancelled they withdrew money from our bank accounts for final payments without our knowledge. Also they team members were pretty rude. Overall a bad experience where they often blamed our team and didn't result in a solution. Our new accounting team is now having to undo what they did. Overall a poor experience and leaving a review due to the money taken.

We have used WBS since 2024 and have received excellent service for our bookkeeping and tax prep. Alyssa, Veronica and James are always quick to respond and most importantly, take the time to help me understand how to fix an issue rather than just do it. We really do appreciate all they do and enjoy working with them.

We engaged this firm to handle bookkeeping for two of our companies and paid over $5,000 in deposits and retainers. Almost immediately, we experienced serious concerns with communication and responsiveness. Simple matters that directly impacted our business decisions often took over a week to receive a response.
