Wonderful staff, had an amazing massage in a gorgeous relaxing space.
Nice service but the room I was in was so bright and have no curtains. I need to be in my underwear and feel weird getting change while I can see their backyard garden and other hotel windows 🥹
We had the couples experience and absolutely loved every minute of it! So relaxing and professional, well done ladies, we will return 🤩
Terrible experience paid for one hour but got 38 min exactly. It was very rushed and when asked for more firm she was complaining about her arms hurting. Didn't feel welcomed at all time.
Mixed feelings on this experience. It is a lovely, convenient setting, and the staff were professional. I signed myself and my boyfriend up for the Couples Experience after reading the description on the website. We were not asked about desired, customized pressure, nor did we get the scalp massage as was described (it was a key reason why I selected that package).
