Bed bugs seem to be a problem they can’t get rid of, why is this??
I am writing a new review in regards to the changes at Waterdown Manor. The new management has made a significant change in the environment at the home. The cleanliness and care for residents have improved dramatically. I am very happy with the support for my Dad as he has taken a turn for the worst. They are working hard to make improvements to the main areas of the home as well as the individual rooms. I thank all the staff for their hard work and consistent care for the residents.
Staff well management, do not care about the residents, just care about money. Not staffed properly, No one on nights. ????
Amazing place..I highly recommend to those looking for a place for their love one's, New management and New owners are very down to earth.. God bless the work of their hands.. love..
