I called here today and got put through to the owner for my question that couldn't be answered about what I needed for my taxes, and she was extremely rude on the phone and left me with unanswered questions...
worst customer service experience i have had over the phone in a long time
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff !!!!!!
If i could give 0 stars, I would because the customer service is just awful. Was in the neighborhood to get my taxes done, when I called and was greeted with an atrocious mannerism. Not only did I get an attitude from the owner, they hung up one me? VERY Unpleasant experience, avoid this place like the plague when wanting your taxes done.
