Just had a frustrating experience with Waterdown Income Tax. My dad, Allan Parker (who taught grade 6 at Mary Hopkins School for 28 years) has used WIT for many years with no problems. This year he brought his taxes in on March 23. He didn't hear from them and finally called them on May 8, and eventually got a $300 late fee charge from CRA. Seriously, Waterdown Income Tax was awesome this year! The folks there made tax season so easy. They got everything done fast and actually explained it all so it made sense. Can't recommend them enough if you need tax help!

Seems like they’ve been in business for a long time by the looks of the office, and the owner seems very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, the owner could work on customer service skills. My meeting with her was awkward, she seemed very condescending and hurried. I did not receive any genuine and kind help to my questions. Avoid if these values are important to you.
