I wanted to start up by saying that I do not usually write reviews The when things are done the right way there’s no other option. First and foremost, the staff at Watercrest has been excellent. Our mom has been at WaterCrest Spanish Springs since March. The staff amazes me, they remember me, they remember what I was asking about yesterday and have an answer, they know me, they know her, they know where she is and who she is with . . . I don't know how they consistently keep track of everything and everyone, but they do. And I rest easier because of them.

The Activity Director is absolutely fantastic! Her passion for engaging residents is evident in every program they offer. From creative arts and crafts to lively game nights and themed parties, there is never a dull moment. What sets her apart is the personal connection she makes with each resident. We had a wonderful lunch experience at Watercrest Spanish Spring.The atmosphere was welcoming, and the dining area was bright, clean, and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, making everyone feel at ease. The meal was thoughtfully prepared — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. What stood out most was the sense of community and warmth among the residents and team. It’s clear that this is a place where people feel at home. Thank you for the lovely experience!
