I work at Watercrest for 6 months to a year I worked 16hr shifts 5-7 days a week only because I cared for the residents there even though I was dragged through the mud by jealous co workers and mangers. I’m not doing this review because I angry I’m doing it because I care for the future residents and families that are considering this place as a long term home for their loved one. I have found the facility itself to be beautiful with great amenities and proper use of space. Chrissy Houseman and Mica Jones are outstanding. They are both most responsive, caring and innovative in their approach to residents. My experience with the supportive staff has been excellent. They are caring and engaged. There appear to be ample activities and I have been given to believe that the food is very good. Most of all, my relative feels safe and secure there.

My Dad moved in a month ago. I couldn't be more pleased with the facility itself but the staff is even better. I had been cautioned about new facilities in the past because of the process of getting a new facility up to speed . I have seen no problems of that here. Everyone has been fantastic. They take care of things I would have never thought of. Many of the staff have brought years of experience to Watercrest and it shows. From the front desk, the dietitian, the business office , the head office, everyone has been great. ... read more
