I can not say enough good comments about this facility or the wonderful staff that works here. From the moment my family and I walked into WaterCrest we knew it was the best place for our mom. The staff were all friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. The other residents we met were also friendly and happy. Watercrest Assisted Living is a wonderful facility. Stephanie is truly the best to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She makes the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing. My wife's grandmother turned 95 this year and we were able to secure an event room at the Watercrest to host a party for her. The Community Relations director Stephanie worked closely with us on the logistics. She was so gracious and wonderful to work with. All of the staff was very courteous and pleasant and the seniors living there were very nice to us as well. I'd say look at Watercrest for your senior living needs or if you're maybe thinking about hosting an event there in the future. Thanks again ... read more
Terrible parking situation. The little old lady that sits at the front desk (in the late afternoon) is not only rude, but outright lies to your face and creates problems that dont exist. Poor management overall
