Mom had a tough first day but the staff kept reassuring me things would get better & they were right. The kindness of the staff helped my mom acclimate and she let down her guard and resistance over several weeks to my surprise and happiness. She’s now enjoying her daily interaction with staff and doing better than I imagined. She loves the food choices & daily desserts at mealtime too.
This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is awesome and everyone seems to be joyous there!
Do NOT put your loved one in this facility! I really wish I would have researched more .Watercrest Naples promises personal care, great food and activities and delivers on as little as possible. The sales person is as nice as can be but the reality is that how she says things are is not what my parents experienced. My parents lived in this facility for 10 months until we wised up and moved out. Many occasions there would be no servers in the dining room, they were always out of food.
