I would give this company a - 0 rating if I could. They have made my supposed account inaccessible online. Even when they give me a temporary password it does not work. Nor do they send me statements to show me what I owe if anything. They sent me one statement in August (that was 4 months ago). I have tried numerous times to get this corrected and they refuse. This company is a rip off twice I have made my monthly payments and they took nothing of the principle instead put it all on interest even thought payment were on time and they claim it's because of daily intersest
