I agree this company is crap to work with. You can make so many extra payments per month (example reg payment can be 150.00 per month you can pay them 450 for that one month ) and they will call you the next month saying your late on the next month payment even though you gave more than extra the previos month .They will take interest out of every single payment instead of out of just your monthly payment . They will call you everyday over 20 dollars but not talk to you about the account.
Dissatisfied with this service & their partner RightNow Heating & air. We used this service for less than 30 days because the service & interest was beyond horrible. Most representatives have been extremely disrespectful, rude and unsympathetic regarding the poor dishonest business practice of their business partners. They seem to not care about their customers at all. You could literally get financing through just about anywhere else on planet earth for less.. Would not recommend.
