Once you're approved and the financing is secured, expect the customer service to disappear. Communication becomes frustrating, and getting any support is an uphill battle. If your Contractor offers other financing options, I strongly recommend going with a different lender. Save yourself the headache and read the comments/review from Consumers, not the Contractors. The reviews in which this company is rated a 1 is consistent and TRUE. Stay Away!!!
