Don't get a loan from them. They will double charge you on your monthly payments. If you send them an email they will not reply. Very disappointed

Most user-unfriendly website, and customer service person i spoke to sounded like she blamed everything on her customers. Hard to set up payments, harder still to set up additional principle-only payment. Don't do it! We are refinancing as quickly as we can. The new roof is great... the ripoff financing, not-so-much. Used them to finance One Hour Heating and Air and called in to ask a question pertaining to our annual interest and to our surprise in addition to the apr which is pretty good we're being charged $1.00 per day per month. Insane! The customer service lady we spoke with was rude, arrogant and insulting. Said there's nothing they can do and to call our contractor. Be aware that you're taking a risk doing business with these crooks.
