This is the best place to shop for formal dresses!!!! 😃 I just had the best experience! Itzel was great! She was very helpful & very patient with me! I was in there for the longest time & she was the greatest!
The Employees are amazing, I had a Sports Jacket fitted, and the Seamstress was outstanding. The Manager and Owner were very warm and friendly.
I visited this store this past Saturday, with a group of 3 friends. Our goal was to shop for derby hats. When we arrived, the sales staff waited on us hand and foot. We had two sales reps for our group of four, and they were very friendly and complimentary. Likewise, the owner, Shelley Wood came out to introduce herself, and that was a nice touch. great service, loved the dresses!
If you're going to buy a $700 dress, I suggest buying it from somewhere else. The manager was nice, but one of the girls there is very snobby and rude. From the moment I walked in the store the two girls acted like they did not want to help us. I had to finally go up to one of the girls and ask for her to help with clips for my daughter to try on dresses. They were to busy eating in a corner and listening to the radio.
