Excellent. Timely. And friendly service. We are on our 5th year with Waterbury Pool. We have had excellent service with John and company! Waterbury opens and closes our pool each year. They arrive when scheduled and answer my numerous questions as I maintain the pool for the season. Waterbury added a tower for chlorine tablets to our system to use when we are on vacation, allowing us to return and enjoy a crystal clear pool.

This gentleman was sent by our rental company to open up our pool. From the get go this gentleman was extremely rude and unprofessional. He could not give me a timeline of when and what he was going to do. Twice he has not showed up on the days he was suppossed to. He does not answer or return calls. Everytime I could get a hold of him he never apologized for not showing up and still could not tell me when the pool will be open. It has been over 2 weeks and the pool has not even been vacuumed!
