They were Very welcoming and attentive at first. We soon came to realize that everything was to be done at their leisure and time line. We are locked in now but it will be the last time. UPDATE: I guess I jumped the gun. I did not take into consideration that it was a very busy and confusing time with covid making communications even more difficult. Things really came around after a few interactions between us and service is back to normal and perhaps even better. They have gone above and beyond a few times now.
