All staff members are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The services and rates are very favorable, and banking on line had been easy. The disadvantage is the fact of only two physical locations. i have another bank for convenience, but I consider WCTFCU my primary bank.
I am very disappointed with this credit union. We have been members for over 10 years. The staff is not very helpful or accommodating. For being a member, who uses this as my primary bank, I am very disappointed in the service provided to us.
