I bought my mattress here two years ago, and it’s been amazing. Still just as comfortable as the day I got it, with no sagging or issues. The quality has really held up, and I sleep great every night. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need a new one.
We had a problem with our waterbed and they helped solve it at reasonable price. Good customer service and they stand behind the products they sell.
So excited to find this family owned business in Elmvale! My friend was having neck pain and I use a water pillow for the same reason. We were greeted right away and told to feel free to test the beds (we did) and let them know if we needed any help. We spent some time chatting with the owners and ended up buying water pillows. The store also has lots of eclectic items (supporting other independent businesses 😁). Thank you for letting us reminice about the good old days. I will definitely be back to purchase a bed.
I recently had the best experience with Terry. I had been searching for a new bed and he helped me navigate all the options out there and figure out which would be best for me. He was so helpful with all my questions, provided amazing service and knowledge and I am now having great sleeps every night with my Kingsdown mattress. I also picked up a couple of excellent mattress protectors and pillows. I would highly recommend Waterbed Gallery in Elmvale to anyone looking for a great bed!
Very excited with my new water pillow! First morning in a long time to wake up without a kink in my neck! Thank you Waterbed Gallery for bringing me back to my youth in the 80’s reminding me how much I’ve missed my waterbed. Updated and upgraded waterbeds has me contemplating going back to owning one again! They have lots of interesting little items and gifts for Christmas as well!! Love your store and top notch customer service!!!💕💕💕
