The teachers seem very knowledgeable and I really like the program so far. Only bummer is 2/4 of our classes have been canceled…
They are not helpful at all!!! Besides they are making me pay for next month even when I told them we will be out of the country, their policy says about cancellations should be 2 weeks before the next charge, but I has been calling before that! And nobody responded!!!! When finally I talked with someone was 4 days pass the 2 weeks they says in the policies.. so they will CHARGE ME for the month that I will not be able to go.. because as I told them so many times.. I rarely make reviews but I've never encountered this type of issues before. Just started coming to this with my friend for baby lessons. Had a busy summer so called to cancel for the summer, was 2 days later then their cut off so was automatically charged for the next month. Called again to come back for Sept and figured the amount of money spent would go towards coming back but no its basically wasted money. ( wish the girl on the phone the first time would have told me I couldn't use it, then I would have tried to make a ... read more
