Only a ONE STAR because there is no provision for NO STAR. You cannot complain about the service because there is none. Waterama will be happy to take your money but you have to chase delivery and installation and wait, and wait, and wait. When you question delivery, the store salesman was rude and arrogant. its been marked URGENT is the response. The installation Technician...Glen..is a charming and pleasant man. Wonderful to deal with and a saving Grace. Be warned. Deal with Waterama at your peril.
