One of the worst levels of service you can ever get - stuffed if I know how they are still in business! Got sold a fairly high priced vacuum and all chummy with you to do that but wasn’t working properly / came out begrudgingly and then.broke parts of the filer and wanted to charge $90 every time for their mistake. Owners have such an awful attitude. So pleased with who we have now!
I found this shop the worst to deal with, the customer service was none existent, even went as far as lying to us in relation to the warranty issue, I advised anyone to think carefully before having any dealings with this business.
I am really disappointed. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Wasn’t even able to finish my sentence in a very calm way as I was rudely interrupted by this sales lady. This was definitely my last visit to this shop.
Great service and value, I highly recommend these guys.
