The lady here is too overbearing, she will insist on filling everything up and wont let you touch ur own bottles until shes done even if the store is super busy, like why have self serve machines when u wana be all up in there yourself? And shes rude when she tried to keep my change shes like are you sure check ? Yes im sure why would i lie about it check your damn cameras.anyways bad experience overall .
Monica is absolutely lovely and she offers excellent prices and service. Every time I’ve visited, it is not too crowded and does not take long. Even if it does take some time, she is always friendly and strikes up conversation. Her business definitely has a community vibe that I love!
This water store is such a special place, and Monica is the reason why. She is genuinely one of the sweetest and kindest people you’ll ever meet. I’ve been coming in on a weekly basis for about a year now, and over time we’ve become friends. She truly cares about her customers. The prices are reasonable and the service is always good.
One thing I cannot stand is a place that says they are open and are not. Ive been sitting out front for 15 minutes, I've watched 5 people pull on the door, and they are closed. I don't like to use a water machine in front of stores, nor do I approve of these window options. If thats the reason they chose to not open on time ill find business elsewhere.
