Their bathroom is soooo gross. Soap dispenser doesn’t work, toilet caked in poop, floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. Apparently they can’t clean it without a janitor. It’s been several months since it looks like it’s been cleaned well. 🤮 I checked with the gym and they said it is water wings responsibility.
Water wings swim school is amazing. My youngest isn't afraid of Water at all my oldest had a fear that we had been working on before putting him back into swim lessons. Their swim teacher has been amazing patient and kind. Both my kiddos are now swimming independently short distances. Oh I forgot to mention they are in semi private lessons so it's just the two of them together. My oldest is fully putting his face in the water going underwater and not afraid anymore. My kids have been attending swim lessons here for about 4 months. I love the small class sizes, and the individualized attention. I love that my kids can level up to the next level whenever they're ready, not just at the end of some class. My kids have become much better swimmers since starting classes.
I am posting this so that others are aware of how Water Wings does business & can make an informed decision for themselves. We signed our kids up for swimming lessons once a week & we were told that we could pay as we go. Come to find out they bill you on the first of every month for all of the lessons. If you have to cancel for any reason, they WILL NOT refund your money no matter what!! They will give you credit & a chance to reschedule .
