I scheduled a mommy and me trial lesson to see what type of class I thought would work better for my son on Monday 04/27 with Faith. We showed up to his lesson and Wednesday 04/29, to find out that the pool was closed due to a heating element. I called them in the locker room and talked to Faith again and asked why I wasn't called ahead of time and made aware of this issue and she told me that they were just informed themselves. We’ve had such a great experience at this swim school! The instructors are patient, encouraging, and really take the time to help each child feel comfortable in the water. My kids look forward to every lesson and have made so much progress already. A special thank you to Tony, the manager. he personally came by during one of our lessons to make sure everything was going smoothly and that my children were both safe and having fun. Their bathroom is soooo gross. Soap dispenser doesn’t work, toilet caked in poop, floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. Apparently they can’t clean it without a janitor. It’s been several months since it looks like it’s been cleaned well. 🤮 I checked with the gym and they said it is water wings responsibility.

Water wings swim school is amazing. My youngest isn't afraid of Water at all my oldest had a fear that we had been working on before putting him back into swim lessons. Their swim teacher has been amazing patient and kind. Both my kiddos are now swimming independently short distances. Oh I forgot to mention they are in semi private lessons so it's just the two of them together. My oldest is fully putting his face in the water going underwater and not afraid anymore. My kids have been attending swim lessons here for about 4 months. I love the small class sizes, and the individualized attention. I love that my kids can level up to the next level whenever they're ready, not just at the end of some class. My kids have become much better swimmers since starting classes.
