Water Tower Park has had it's share of problems in the past, but with recent changes it is becoming a great community. With a convenient location and still tucked away with privacy, it is a great solution to the lack of affordable housing for seniors across our state. If you have inquired in the past and are still looking for an apartment home, please consider giving Water Tower Park another chance!

No management, no maintenance man at this location at this moment. Management and maintenance is a high turnover at this location since it opened in 2016. At the writing of this post some residences July, August and September rent checks have not been deposited in our banks (Management finally told me after I asked them "point blank" what happened to my check*****that they trashed the check). This place is not a good place to live. Poor management form corporate, they don't care about us elderly. I wanted to get out my lease early and was told. I just had to give a 60 day notice. I did that even sent it certified to the Corporate office because we didn't have a Manger. Then they turned around and sent me to collections for non payment of rent. No one never contacted me. I’m not putting no ⭐️ up here this doesn’t make no since how these seniors are being treated and no one never at the office and when somebody do be at the office they have a nasty 🤮 attitude and it’s sad how they talk to these seniors I have been by there a lot of times and no seniors should have to deal with the way they been treated and talk to but they quick to put and eviction notice on somebody door and don’t sit and try to work with the seniors no one has been in the office since trash not being done pest not being do... read more

Constant miscommunication and no one answers the phone mail box always full. Email doesn’t get responded too. Constant eviction notices and taking to court unnecessarily. Management has been unprofessional and inconsistent. I moved here to settle in a nice quiet small to live out my day’s peacefully. I mind my business but there is constant in and out of my apartment for all kinds of reason. Privacy is sure invaded.
