Today was move in day for me. Nicole was very sweet,respectful and very knowledgeable about her property. I know I've stressed her out during the application process but she was a champ and always had a positive attitude. Would definitely recommend.
Water Tower has a great manager (Nicole) and maintenence man (Darrell). Nicole is easy to talk to if you have any issues. Work order requests are handled in a reasonable time. The apartments are nice. (Will post a picture of mine). Our community is small and quiet. Ingles,Walgreens,Dairy Queen,Wendy's, Waffle House, and a new Aldi's to name a few, are right around the corner from Water Park. Come check us out.
Me and my wife met the property manager Nicole at the family and children service a week ago in gray ga. She was leaving flyers for her senior property, she was very polite, kind and a great listener. She took the time to explain all the qualifications and even had applications on hand. We will be applying very soon. Thank you again Nicole
I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Nicole. She is very sweet and Compassionate. I didn't make enough to stay on the property, but she made sure she gave me a number to get more information about other properties that I can afford. And I think her so much for that they have the best manager ever. Thank you again Nicole for being understanding and willing to help me out.
