We were really lucky to be linked-up with Andy today. We lost hot water upon waking up and Andy came same morning, assessed the issue, and made the necessary repairs to get us back up and running. He had to head back to his office to grab a replacement part and didn’t hesitate. We’re very appreciative and look forward to working with him / WH2Only in the future! Thanks again!

Great place to go even if they don’t have the part or if they don’t carry parts for that model to help you find them source out to somebody else every time I’ve went in there they’re more than helpful. I always get the right part. Never an issue. Good priceS
Bush league plumbers at best. Dont use them. Save yourself the trouble.
The best in the metro. Reliable, accomodating, very good communication with this branch and the St. Paul branch too. The delivery service is on-time and the service to take old heaters is a lifesaver.
