Thank you. So much. Nobody in town had a very small but very critical part I needed to get hot water back on at home. Nobody except W.H.O. They even helped over the phone as I installed it. For $25 they helped me not have to replace my entire water heater and helped me get more life out of what I already own. Deeply grateful.
We love working with Lori. Brett is very responsive as well. Our go-to for anything that heats, treats, and moves water or air.. they are not only water heaters!
The customer service is excellent, they sell great products, and they have an awesome team to work with. I’ve worked with Brett as my salesperson and he’s always been helpful, responsive, and easy to work with.
