Water Depot Parry Sound is not to be trusted. Period. Bought a VIQUA #602805 replacment UV bulb from the Water Depot. Had a plumber come to install it. He advised it was faulty and he advised I exchange it. In the meantime he had a replacement in his truck. So I called VIQUA. Spoke to Customer Service, Brandon. He advised to bring the bulb with my receipt back to the Water Depot Parry Sound for refund or exchange. So I brought my "new" but defective bulb back to the store. Thanks Ash from the parry sound water depot. For helping me figure out my filter housing issue and helping me replace the housing unit itself I came in with quite a mess and a unhappy wife hahahaha you saved the day missy!
