Awesome Water store for all my water needs. They installed a filter system that got rid of the Tannin brown water. Plus now I can drink water from the lake. His staff climbed a snowbank to service the filter and they did not complain even when their service truck went into the ditch. Thanks Water Depot
These guys are awesome. I went to the store and the person was knowledgeable and helped me quickly + taught me a few things. Then same day within a few hours, the owner came by our place to change the bulb sleeve. Not expecting this sort of amazing service nowadays so wanted to call it out. Don’t expect service that fast, it was just lucky timing. But they are the best team.
Absolutely fabulous customer service. Craig was most helpful and went above and beyond to help us solve a problem with our hot tub. He spent alot of time on the phone with me over a couple days patiently working towards a solution. He was knowledgeable, professional and effective in his support.
