A very polite , clean and tidy young man arrived at 9am on the appointed day. He explained in layman's terms what he was doing and why. I am very happy with exceptional service. I understand I will have three quotes for further work ,the price depending on how much money and time I am prepared to spend. No pressure. A very pleasant experience.
The representative who came yesterday provided excellent service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my water test results in a way that was easy to understand. He also went over the ordering process and timelines without rushing, which I appreciated. His friendly manner and clear communication made the whole experience very positive.
Technician Spencer was friendly, informative and efficient with his water-testing and description of products offered. He respected my home environment, thoroughly answered my questions, and produced estimates for two options in a very timely manner.
Water Depot Parry Sound is a epic business which has never let me down! In particular Spencer is the man! Super professional and knowledgable. Ok, enough typing, time to drink so fresh water! Kyle
Job was done neatly and on schedule. Spencer did a great job. Friendly and professional.
