I had another company come out and tell me I needed to replace the entire system, Andrew from Water Check came out and was very honest with me. My original quote was $7,000 and he was able to get it fully functional for under $3,000.

We just had Watercheck out initially for just the monthly softener salt delivery, but we also asked them for a "second opinion" regarding our pressure tank. Andrew and Dylan (sp?) came out on both occasions and confirmed that the tank was on its way out and recommended replacement. We decided to stick with Watercheck for the tank replacement as well as a pre-filter install. Couldn’t tell you about the service, they never showed up. Was given an arrival window of 11-1. Called at 10:30 to verify we were still good, which we were told the appointment was still on. Waited until 1:30 with no call or notification. When I called to ask where the tech was, I was greeted with “ he’s not there yet?” By the person on the phone. When I voiced my issue with the missed window and the need to reschedule due to the fact that work had to be missed to accommodate THEIR schedule, response was “ uh yea ok I guess”... read more

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish for our well pump replacement, as well as a prior service appointment. We were able to schedule a same day appointment for our pump. Water Check called us back promptly and kept us updated on arrival time as well as job progress. We will absolutely continue to use this company for our well water system! Highly recommend.
