DO NOT TRUST. Will pull you off a load if they find someone cheaper. People like this is the reason trucking is in the decline, absolutely despicable.
Worked with them before and never had any issue ever. Since I booked the load with " Michele A. Waymire" and "Jessica N. Dues". Very rude and disrespectful. After booking the load we moved to the pickup location asap, after checking in shipper told the driver load was not ready to be picked up because of some damages, after letting the broker know about situation they told us to wait, we waited and after one hour they told us that everything is good and to check in again what we did.
