Mark contacted me by phone. I explained my situation and he was upfront with me and said that it would cost me more in attorney fees than it would if I just paid the penalty that the IRS was proposing. However, Mark gave me some suggestions on how to handle my particular situation. I took his advice and in the end my penalties were waived and my case was considered as "resolved" and closed by the IRS.
