Customer service is lacking and prices keep going up.
Switched to WasteSolutions after Gill's sold out to WasteConnections. Switched due to issues with missed pickups, price hikes, and rude customer service. All our neighbors who were former Gill's customer have now switched over as well. I've been a customer for a couple of years now with no problems.
Going on 3 weeks since dumpster has been dumped. But they sure take the payment on Time with no refunds for this. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
GARBAGE!!!! Not just their profession, their service too!! I pay for a dumpster to be dumped once a week. My dumpster is overflowing yet again. It's been two weeks, and this has happened multiple times! We've gone as long as three weeks before! They don't answer the phone, I've left messages and they don't call me back, and still.............. my dumpster is full yet again.
