I Called For Service, On Hold For 29 Minutes Before Arranging Service They Sent An Email With A Stupid E Signature, I Had To Call To Ask HOW Do I Sign A Computer? I Got A Mouthy Little Tart Who Talked Over Me And Wouldn't Listen, Then HUNG UP! So I Called Back And Got Diandra The Original Person I Spoke To Who OF COURSE Couldn't Tell Me HOW TO SIGN A COMPUTER DOCUMENT...HOW HARD IS THAT? Mr. M*****, I apologize for the long hold times. We have been experiencing much higher call volumes than normal this past month. As for being hung up on we are on an internet based phone line, so if there is any interruption in the internet the call gets dropped. We are working with IT on getting a backup internet in place to stop this issue. So I signed up for service about 10 weeks ago. Of those 10 weeks I have had to call 6 times for missed pickup. They again did not pick up today. I’m currently trying to call, which is already aggravating, and I have been on hold for 14 minutes. These are the same reasons I switched from my other service company. Is there not a single trash service in Amarillo that does a decent job? This is exhausting. Please pick up my trash promptly—you know, like I pay my Bill like it asks me to do when it arrives.
Would appreciate owners address so I can take my trash to their driveway that needs to be thrown. Have not had trash picked up In over 4 weeks and no contact made from supervisor/owner!
Worst company ever! Along with the others! Failed to pickup trash now on 5th week, they want payment but do not provide services. Switched to garbage gators this week, much better to work with. See how long it takes these guys to come pickup the dumpster.
Our trash has not been emptied since March 6. we have called and constantly get a lame excuse. I am fed up!
Absolutely ridiculous! Every other month I have to call because they don’t empty my trash regularly. This month it has been 4 weeks today ! I pay them to empty my trash WEEKLY , not Biweekly and definitely not monthly. There’s always an excuse not offering to even credit my account. If this does not get fixed I will be finding another service, I have been beyond patient. I can be a few days late on a payment and they automatically take me off the list for my trash be emptied even though they’re not emptying it to begin with.... read more
I have a gate to my property for safety reasons... typically (if they arrive) it is at 5:30 on Thursday mornings. To let me know that he is here, the driver will sit at the gate for two seconds after honking his horn twice. If I don’t get to the gate opener in time, my trash doesn’t get picked up. At 4:42 on a Saturday morning (after I decided he just wasn’t going to come this week (that’s not out of the norm)), he finally arrived. I don't know, maybe actually pick up the trash when you are supposed to that might help. Stop taking people's money for service if you can not provide them the service that they paid for.
