Is the worst company to do business with have no customer service all the know how to tell you is I WILL SEND AN E-MAIL AND THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK NEEDLES TO SAY NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK OR RESOLVED YOU PROBLEM THAT THEY CREATED BEEN WAITIND OVER FOUR MONTHS FOR GARBAGE CONTAINERS YOU CALL GET EXCUSES NO SOLUTION YOU CALL THERE HEADQUATER AND IS THE SAME EXCUSES NO RESOLUTION

This Review is to commend LISA and JORGE for getting the job done!...Thank you! you are very much appreciated! I kept being told by different people that my sofas would be picked up and almost 2 weeks later they were still there. Then I finally got Lisa (from the Lehigh office) on the phone who was helpful, kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure that this was taken care of and called me back to let me know that Jorge would be taking care of it and he did! Thank you to both of them!!!

I have been patiently waiting for my garbage bins after buying a new construction home. 4 months and still nothing, waste pro is a disgrace, nice on the phone but they don’t do anything. It is just ridiculous.

Worst customer service ever. The lady right out called me a liar. They’re the ones that didn’t pick up. Our garbage all I did was complain and tell them they have a bad habit of not picking up our garbage. But yet they had no problem picking up anybody else’s garbage or yard waste.

Excellent yard waste pickup by Juan Pina and helper Oquendo in truck #1596. Picked up 3 large piles of waste with none left behind. Very courteous!!

I called Waste pro four times to report my garbage wasn't collected. First call was on Thursday at around 3pm. i was thinking fine, they (Waste Pro) can collect it tomorrow (Friday). Called on Friday and was told it would be two days before they (again waste pro) can collect it. Called on Saturday so it can be picked up on Monday. Also called on Monday to speak to a person and not a answering machine. I was told it would be picked up on Monday. Guess what? No pickup again. Give Anita a raise in customer service. She got the garbage picked up for me. She is professional and kind. This is the fourth time you skipped my street in Cape Coral. You need to pay a decent wage or you will still have the City Council on your case about fines for you not carrying out the contract with the City. Spend less on the garbage truck museum in Longwood, Fla. and pay people. Lou Lou

This is a terrible company. They hire the laziest of people to man their trucks. Picking up selectively. Always making sure to not break a sweat. Management is never around nor returns calls to remedy issues. A total waste of tax payer dollars. Consider this when buying in Lee county.
