We obtained service in April and garbage was supposed to be picked up every Tuesday, we had to call on 5 different occasions to get them to empty our garbage and sometimes it would take until the Friday before they picked it up. We were told on multiple occasions that someone from management was going to call us to rectify the situation and we never heard from anyone

Absolutely Impressed! This morning during our weekly pickup a mistake took place and damaged our mailbox. I was hoping for the best, and I definitely received it. Thanks to Bailey in their quick call center for putting me in contact with a Supervisor, and to Jimmy who had come out personally and completely fixed the issue. After my review I was contacted by Jerry and he was very straightforward guy he looked at why my garbage was not being picked up he found that there was confusion on who’s to pick it up and he was able to get me on a driver’s route I really appreciate it and I’m very happy with the conversation with Jerry. Thank you Jerry Have had this service for over 2 months not once have they picked up on time.
