Long car lines very often
This company is amazing! We accidentally forgot to put the bin out on the curb on time and so we missed the truck. It was our fault. But I emailed the company anyway and the very next day, a truck came out and got the garbage. Plus a representative called me to let me know. The weather is getting warmer and the bin is stored outside, so I was very grateful to have it picked up because it can get yucky. These folks are the best. Excellent customer service. :)
