Believe every one star review you see. They will knock on your door and help you set up service any day of the week, but when it comes time for the service to actually begin, they fail across the board. It has now been over one week since I was supposed to have commenced service and I still do not have my bins for recycling nor trash. I have called three times to the office. Let me preference this review with the fact that I gave them at least four chances to make things right. Was supposed to start service to August 3rd. They said that it could be up to 10 days before we got a trash bin. Needless to say, I never got a trash bin and they came down my street every week and didn't pick up unless I called and then they'd pick up the next day. Talk about a trash business being trash. The WORST company ever. Glenda will provide awful customer service. They don't even pick up the trash when they are supposed to. Searching for a better business
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL - they lie and they lie. One job pick up garbage and can’t even do that missed pickup and broken promise after broken promise always saying they will investigate and never do and then when you try and cancel the sell you some bs of having two years left on a contract when you’ve been with them for close to over 10 years.
