A big shout out to Jonathan M., a supervisor, who went above and beyond to take care of an issue we were having. He even went so far as to send photos to show he’d taken care of the problem and included a pic of a large wasp nest on our house we weren’t aware of yet (we’re in the process of moving from out of state). As my husband is allergic and we have grandbabies, we were especially appreciative! We are new to the service and if this is the way customers are treated, we will be staying with Waste Pro for sure.

I’ve had a few issues with my trash can with Waste Pro in the past, but they replaced it without any problems. In my most recent experience, my scheduled pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Unfortunately, while my service was marked as completed on Friday, my trash was not actually picked up. My can had been on the curb since Wednesday (we missed Tuesday because I didn’t put it out) so it was important that it be collected on Friday. Really frustrating experience this past week. My normal pick up day is Thursday around 11. When 3pm rolled around I called and was assured that my trash would be picked up and that the truck had run late. OK, no problem. I wake up Friday to once again, my trash was not picked up. I wait until 230 or so and call back. I was apologized to and again, was assured that my trash would be picked up by 8pm. It is after 8pm and my trash is still on the curb. I have this service through the city and they frequently skipped, they didn't show up last Friday not this Friday , I am really tired and disappointed of this service . This is something the is frequently happening

so I left waste management because they decided they would pick up the trash every now and again instead of the schedule I'm paying for. Saw the good reviews and decided to switch my service to waste pro. looks like their trash pickup service is not the only thing that stinks. I was supposed to have a trash can delivered a week ago. I had to call and they promised me they would deliver it on Christmas Eve because they forgot.
