Suck. Train your guys. If they intentionally drop something, or slam stuff to pick it up. What’s the point of a trash pick up if your guys can’t pick up the refuse they dropped. I watched as they emptied a closed container, made a mess of broken glass and just kept walking. I like my neighborhood, keep that mess on your block.
