Oz is a very nice customer service representative and was very helpful and explained that yard waste was picked up on Wednesday using the open container or large paper bags used to collect yard waste .
I don’t often leave google reviews, as it’s very rare for me to ever feel compelled to do so. However, after speaking with Oz, I have to come here to say: GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! Our conversation was quick, my pickup issues were resolved quickly, and overall I genuinely felt like this was a rare case I was being treated as a person with a problem, and not an annoying customer that’s burdening the employee. All around exceptional service.
Our driver, John Linscott, truck # 144854, has been currently away for two weeks. During his absence, we had another great, caring, thoughtful driver. I didn't get his name, but he deserves recognition. Today is Wednesday and he, the sub for John, was very timely, 7:00 and he was already at my house. As I was walking down the street, one of my neighbors stopped me and said that he witnessed an act of kindness by John's sub.
