One of your trucks was speeding and passed and and tried to run me off the road. On it 64 at 1:19pm on Aug 24th. Absolutely pyscho driving like that.. in the rain going like 65mph. He was going so fast and I though I was about to get hit so I wasnt able to get anything but the company name. Please do better.
John Linscott, the sanitation truck driver/worker, was really helpful to me this morning. He noticed that I was walking down my driveway to add another garbage bag to my garbage bin that had already been emptied. He quickly backed up his truck and re-emptied it for me. He was very kind and professional. Thank you John!!

Every week I have to call this is the second place I’ve resided back to back in Sarasota and still the same terrible service. What do we pay for?? To Argue on the phone or what? We miss the old company.
Trying to pay a $ 10.80 invoice today, starting with online payment. Online payment possible only with online registration, which i tried, then learned that i had one already, didn't remember the password, website sent me a link but didn't accept my new password although i did it according to their specs. Then called "customer service", guy on the phone (Doug?) wasn't very friendly, asked me questions about information he should have easily read from his computer screen, also it took him forever and i finally gave up payment... read more
