Absolutely horrible service. We’re forced to pay for this through the city. They sometimes go through my trash before pick up “just to make sure.” When I have to call in a bulk pick up which is extremely limited now despite being more expensive the wait times can be over an hour. Today I’m 12 in the queue. I will vote for the next candidate that removes this contractor.

Most pathetically lazy workers I've seen. They can’t walk the carts back to where they got them. They keep mixing up residents cans. They will grab a bag out of the can instead of emptying the whole can because they’re too lazy. I get this is not a fun job, but do the job right, or find another job somewhere else.
