Not reliable. I have to call every week about my garbage not being picked up. Thursdays is my day for pick up. And here it is almost 7pm on Thursday and my garbage still has not been picked up. Why must i call every week? Update on service. Month credit was not given as promised. Trash was picked up on time for 3 weeks. But i ended up having to call the 4th week and was told that they had not gotten to me yet. It was close to 5pm when they finally got here. They had been picking up by 6am. Kurtis Bruttan dropped off a nice new can in good condition & picked up the old broken one for us. He was kind when I asked if he could wait for me to grab the broken lid to take with him. They got the new can out to us very quickly after putting the work order in only a day prior.
Driver is John & helper is Ryley , great folks
