We have previously used another company that left us not wanting to sign up for trash removal at all. We just signed up for Waste Pro today. Both women I spoke to Kayla and Patricia were so helpful and kind. We haven’t even received our trash bin but we are already so pleased with the service we have received. The customer service has been so straight forward and I’m sure our trash collection will be one less chore now that we’re in good hands.
Kayla got me set quickly and explained all the options and schedules for all pickups. She waited patiently while I fumbled with my checkbook getting her the information she needed. This was a very nice interaction and Kayla was top notch!
Kayla was great! We just moved to the area and she was so helpful and patient with me while I asked her questions. She was very knowledgeable and I appreciated how she explained everything. She made this process simple and easy!
