This five star review is for Sharon the administrative assistant at Waste Pro’s corporate office. After calling my local branch numerous times about a service issue and receiving the same lip service answer, I called the corporate office and Sharon answered. Not only did she listen with concern she assured me she would contact the people that could solve my issue. it has cool service
All they do is collect trash and recycling. All that other stuff in the contract they won't do, you have to keep calling them to get them to do it. ie... Yard debris, bulk, etc
You've missed our trash for past two weeks. Not pleased.
