Trash is routinely missed and done so on purpose (ring door camera verifies this fact). We have no idea why as we moved here about 2 years ago. Our bill is always paid on time, but due to the monopoly of this business, we are not able to go with a different vendor. We also can't opt out. The customer service is rude and dismissive. Constantly failing to pick up our trash bins. We pay for 2 cans in case they miss a week. They still pass by them. Every time we call we are promised they are going to pick up by the end of the day or the next. Terrible business. I wish no stars was a thing.

Piss Poor service. I signed up for Waste Pro management services on aThursday and was told my trash and recycling bin would be delivered within 3 business days (pickups are on Tuesday morning). They delivered a recycling bin on Friday but no trash bin. I called back in Friday before close and had to put in another request for a second trash bin.
