⭐ ONE STAR — WASTE PRO SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED Absolutely unacceptable service from Waste Pro. Our trash pickup was already A FULL DAY LATE. Then, because Waste Pro apparently couldn’t manage to perform the service on the day it was actually scheduled, residents got the privilege of being awakened by a massive commercial garbage truck rolling through a residential neighborhood at approximately 7:30 AM ON A SATURDAY. For 2 weeks straight WastePro has failed to pick up my garbage. I contacted their support 3 times this week and was told someone would resolve the issue for last week. They never did. Now they failed to pick up my garbage once again. And their support works Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Find a different waste service in Mooresville - message received.
Absolutely horrific service, the office is rude, they bought the trash company we previously used and it has been an absolute nightmare. Do not recommend to ANYONE!
We have been calling asking how to pay because our other trash pick up closed. We had a veteran discount and all. After months of calling now you guys are asking for 138, but don’t pick up our calls or give us answers for MONTHS…mind you I used to pay the other trash pick up 3 months in advance .
I've been in RGS customer for a long time this company's already not showed up 4 times since you took over RGS and they got the balls to ask for more money
