I attempted to call to confirm whether this location was open on the holiday so I wouldn’t waste the drive. When I connected to the automated system, there was no option to speak to a real person, and it didn’t provide location hours. I selected ‘other,’ but it would not let me proceed without an account number. Since I don’t have one, I requested an operator, and the system simply disconnected the call. Extremely frustrating experience. 0/5
This is hands down the worst landfill in Virginia. At least this has been my experience here. Multiple nails in your tires. They make you back up over trash, construction debris etc... Because of their actions I witnessed a front loader truck backing up to dump. They yelled at him to back up more and a 4x4 post hit the oil pan and knocked it off the truck. This place is so poorly managed and unsafe.
