IMPORTANT!! The drivers at WM are great—reliable, professional, and do a tough job well. However, the corporate side is a different story. I discovered they are charging us about $9 more per month than the rate currently advertised on their own website for our address. They quietly upcharge loyal customers while hoping you don't check the site. When you call to fix it, the customer service is completely unprofessional. billing was an absolute nightmare
I have very good service but just wish prices to make a separate appt. for removing larger household items were more reasonable. Also, feel senior citizens on fixed incomes should receive a discount.
