We have used WM for maybe 5 years now. I am very happy with this company based on 1. how their containers hold up 2. the reliability 3. excellent customer service and 4. ease of use via both phone and internet. UPDATE: Everything has changed since I wrote the above review. We were so unhappy with their new pricing and their payment requirements that we left them to go to another waste hauler. 2025
Extremely disappointed with this place! I brought the trash myself, weighing less than half a ton, and they charged me $155.19! This is outrageous. At the previous place where I used to drop off trash, I paid around $50 per ton, which is much more reasonable. The prices here are completely unjustified, and the service is non-existent. If you value your money, avoid this place at all costs. I will never come back here again!
Automated call service sucks, it doesn’t offer a prompt to speak to a human. It’s very unorganized literally just trying to schedule a pick up for my trash. Wasn’t expecting trash service from a Garbage company go figure. I literally watched the Dump truck drive-by call their automated service and it says it hasn’t been picked up yet…. Why replace real people with an automated service? That’s this bad 🤦🏻♂️
Our company performs demolition projects all over the midwest and it's nice to have a nationwide presence for C&D waste disposal. WM always has a fast response to concerns and the online profile paperwork is very easy to navigate. keep up the great work WM
