Waste Management has provided absolutely horrible service. Their service continues to decline while the price continues to increase. It's difficult to get thru the automated service. We have made multiple calls for missed services, including twice this year. When we called this morning, they lied and indicated this was the first missed pick up being reported. We are changing waste management companies, and I recommend using another waste management service company for anyone looking.
We have used WM for maybe 5 years now. I am very happy with this company based on 1. how their containers hold up 2. the reliability 3. excellent customer service and 4. ease of use via both phone and internet. UPDATE: Everything has changed since I wrote the above review. We were so unhappy with their new pricing and their payment requirements that we left them to go to another waste hauler. 2025
