Terrible company. Take your business to Flood Brothers. A WM driver made threatening remarks to me after I asked him to pickup the trash he was spilling in my ditch every week. Customer service is non-existent. If you can get through the robo-phone tree, the line just hangs up on you more often than a person answers.
