Recieved phone and emails from account manager ln regards to one of our properties, I tries to reach out to her and left messages but have not received any response back.
Not a very good customer experience
WM does a great job on pick-ups. Friendly drivers. Excellent maintenance employee, always available.
Been a rolloff dumpster customer for a long time, but this latest was next to impossible to get someone on the phone and somehow I got charged for a second dumpster being delivered just by requesting that my one be picked up. Pretty messed up if you ask me.
