I've had so many issue's with WM, the fact that they could not resolve my issue in a timely manner I decided to cancel my service, and that has and is still an ongoing issue. They have been unresponsive to my emails and have not picked up their dumpster either to dump it or remove it from my property, there attempt to rectify my situation has been nonexistent, but one thing they are standing firm with is that canceling of my contract is a breech in the contract which means I'm liable for paying out the contract...what about ... read more
All the time we have had an excellent service and when we have needed help they have served us very well, especially Florentina Cardenas, she is always very helpful and kind to us.
The men come always as scheduled and I have not had any issues since I started with WM
