Wish we had someone else as a vendor. No choice, stuck with WM.
They are extremely difficult to get ahold of, and I had to wait on hold for over an hour before I could speak to someone directly. I tried using their chat option, but they couldn't assist me on there. It was very frustrating. Then a couple weeks ago the wind was absolutely terrible, and the wind must have blown my garbage can up my driveway far enough to where the arm of the garbage truck couldn't reach.
