Pick up of garbage and Wahpeton employees great! Huge problem with your company - cannot “talk” with a human person. Case in point-we needed a replacement garbage can. The online is terrible!!! Took days to “finally” get my request. Whoever does your website is terrible - not user friendly at all! Was very close to changing to our local provider because of this issue and seems like others are also.

It is so darn hard to reach anybody who has an answer and can help me. I was given 3 phone numbers to reach out to our representative. Nobody ever answers & the voice mail is full. The 2nd number does not work & nobody is able to fix the problem at the 3rd number. It is so frustrating to not get any help. If anybody from Wate Management reads this, CALL ME for the love of God & all things holy!
Automated cart lifter has squeezed my cart so tight that the metal handle has come out. I have pointed this out in previous surveys, but no correction has been made.
