Truck driver is always pleasant and friendly
Collection was 1 day late after Memorial Monday as expected ... but this time we did not receive notice from WM that it would be 1 day late. Automated arm on the trash truck squeezed the cart so hard that the metal bar handle popped out. We reported that months ago, but nothing has been done about it.
Takes days to get ahold of someone-not Wahpeton fault. Corporate sucks I wish I could go with a different company. I’ve also been told I can’t cancel my subscription for the next 5 years without a $1000 penalty.
Wish we had someone else as a vendor. No choice, stuck with WM.
