Always collected on time always leaves the area clean and puts back the garbage bins where they belong. thank you
When I need to find out if my pickup will occur, it's very hard to find. But they do a good job.
If there was another garbage disposal option other than burning all the garbage. I Def would use another service. The receptionist is the nicest person at the company. But they've upped my service charge/bill twice in 2 years, and missed garbage pick up more than 6 times in 2 years. N they only pick up twice a month. One new guy was helpful once, but havnt seen him since. Just overall disappointed in what's supposed to be a large and successful company having poor work ethics in their people. I would have given a higher rating but I mentioned previously that the lid on the container was broken and nothing has been done.
