Customer service staff is very kind and professional. I got all my questions answered with Mary and she was very patient with me. I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service . We also received our recycling and trash cans within 1 business day, which really worked out for us!!

Only rating 2 stars because customer service when you call is good. My trash has not been picked up since April 20th. It is now MAY 18. That is 4 weeks of waste! Our scheduled pick up is every Monday for TRASH and every other Monday for RECYCLE. They pick up my recycle with no issues but never my trash. The trash can stays outside due to them saying to leave it out so they can pick it up and they never do. Every single day the stray dogs come and knock everything out. Missed pickup 3/29/26 Missed pickup 4/3/26 Called customer service Told they would pick up 4/9/26 : but no pickup. Told pickup day has been changed to Tuesdays. App still gives pickup day as Friday. Can anyone clarify? So we set the bin out Monday night for Tuesday pickup 14 april, they did not pick it up. This is the 4th missed pick up!
