It has been over a month since trash has been picked up.
So, 2 Fridays ago, the driver who picked up our dumpster and emptied it, pushed the dumpster 15 FEET BACK into our yard, why - I have no clue. Then, LAST FRIDAY, he pushed it a little further back INTO my beautiful cedar tree ON TOP OF A LIMB, almost breaking it off. UNREAL. WHY?? I have no idea of WHY they would do this, CAUSING RUTS in my yard as well. Is he just trying to be a jerk?! I have been with them for 2 1/2 years and they are becoming more and more unreliable. We went from twice a week to once a week, supposedly Wednesdays. The past few weeks they didn't pick up Wednesday, Thursday or Friday but finally came on Saturday! Last week they came on Friday so the garbage cans sit out at the road because you never know when they will be there. It is ridiculous to be that unreliable.
VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE. I have been a customer longer than I should have been. I have been giving this company the benefit of the doubt and stayed. There was a point where the drivers never went down my street for a whole month. Just recently, our stop was missed again due to "broken down trucks". I was told they would pick up my trash by Saturday. Of course I didn't believe them and knew I was going to have to make a call Monday. We have had this service for nearly 5 years. They perform the service that we pay for on time about once a month. I have spoken with customer service multiple times- they either aren’t training their people well, or have no protocol to handle logistical issues. I would give negative stars if possible.
