I would like to recognize two individuals that helped me out when I found myself on the side of the road with a blown out tire. Wayland and David saw me in need and immediately stepped in the change out my tire. I appreciate their assistance more than words can say.
Driver is very punctual and on time. But the service is getting too expensive.
Constantly missing trash pickup dates despite their rising prices
Worst customer service. Do not recommend. There are other trash collection companies in the Lubbock and surrounding areas that I would use over Caprock Waste. They are always trying to increase my bill and say it’s a fuel surcharge. Fuel prices are low right now. They have not dumped my trash in a month. I understand there has been rain but they have made no effort to collect when the alleys were dry.
