2 weeks in a row my trash hasn’t been picked up. Last week my trash wasn’t picked up because the truck was having mechanical issues and this week who knows. They continuously fail to pick up trash and when you call they always say they have video footage until you say you want to see it and then the excuses start. You pay for a service you don’t receive and have few options to switch, but hey they don’t have a problem charging you. What a rip off.
David is the best driver we’ve had! He is great with communicating issues and asking if we had any. He is really a great guy!
