Repeatedly miss pick ups. Horrible service!

Worst service ever not only did I post a payment but it wasn't taken then got a late fee, then wasn't allowed to pay it cuz they made my account invalid over the weekend so I couldn't even call to fix it for 3 whole days. This is just the worst service they can't even find where I live and deliver the trash can half a block away in a alley where my neighbors live!
