I appreciate the service the garbage truck driver and large item pickup did last week. I had an old grill without the tank and 2 bed rails plus a full can of trash. They did a great job. No blowing trash and the cans were placed where they were before the pickup. Thank you so very much! It’s obviously a big job and they did it skillfully.
Constantly harassing me with calls and texts about late or no pick ups especially regarding yard waste and recycling. Wish my HOA would get it together and pick another waste company. This one.SUCKS, charging us hefty fees and on a weekly basis not coming through citing staffing and truck shortages!
I don't know if they have a shortage of drivers or what, but we moved into our home in mid-March and literally, without exaggeration, we have received a call EVERY WEEK to inform us that some pickup or another will be delayed or cancelled. They did not pick up our trash two weeks in a row despite the can being on the curb on time. We are paying for a service and expect it to be completed consistently. The worst part is we have no choice in the matter; we have no other trash service options on our street.
