So incredibly happy we switched to waste connections. We had veterans waste and our experience so far has been night and day! Waste connections shows up when they are supposed too. My dumpster is in GREAT shape compared to what we had with Veterans waste. Couldnt be happier we made the switch. Thank you all for the great service !
I called the office to find out what this additional charge was on my bill. The lady I talked to took the time to let me know what it was for and then explained to me how it works. Although I would have to admit it was on me, she did give me credit and remove it. She also let me know it wouldn’t show up online right now but I would see it on my next bill and told me what to pay. I’m still happy with my service so far and glad they gave me credit for sure.
Be aware!!!of this company my mom called this company about a high bill. They told her they would fix the bill cause she hasn’t ever had an overloaded dumpster before. Then before the call ended the lady told her to go write a review. She did so it wasn’t what they wanted The lady called her back and said they wasn’t taking the 60 off the account cause she gave them a bad review. That’s blackmail anyway yeah u slice it. Their price is outrageous. Now my bill is over 200 dollars. Cause it was a little full last month cause of Christmas boxes and stuff and my pickup was broke down so I couldn't get trash down to the road. But some weeks their ain't hardly any trash. The lady said she would take the 60 off my bill but she hasn't yet. I will not pay that extra fee. I am on a fixed income. So I can't afford their high prices as it is. I have been with this company now for almost 4 years and this is my first review. While the price may be a little higher than some, or cheaper than others, the old saying of " you get what you pay for" stands correct. I have never had any issues with service or anyone in the office. Thank you
